Refund policy

We gladly accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. However, due to handmade to order process, there is 25% fee of the items price if you would like to return your handcrafted piece.

Please follow the below to successfully return your item: 

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• Only Ready-to-shipped items may be refunded fully. 

Please note, due to made to order process - we don't accept cancellations.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
